End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 5/23/2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Raven Lake Studio (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and the end user (“you”, “user”). By using this software application (the “App”), you agree to the terms and conditions stated below.

  1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for internal accounting, financial management, and business analytics purposes.

  1. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App to third parties.

Modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App.

Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

  1. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the App remain solely with the Company. This Agreement does not grant you ownership rights to the App.

  1. Privacy and Data Use

The App accesses your QuickBooks Online data to provide financial analytics, reporting, and internal accounting services. We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy.

  1. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App immediately.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Raven Lake Studio is located, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.

  1. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting.
